Finance Officer

The Finance Officer will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and communicating financial information to stakeholders. The Finance Officer will also collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and decision-making, as well as develop financial strategies.

Job Responsibilities

? Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online

? Bank Records Maintenance and Reconciliation

? Month-end closing entries and review

? Supplier and Government Payments

? Payroll Processing & Subsequent JE's Recording

? Accounts Receivable and Payable Reporting

? Client Invoice Processing

? Other general accounting tasks that may be assigned
