Marketing Video Specialist

Role Summary:

We’re looking for a Video Editor with experience in the SaaS/tech industry to turn ideas and scripts into publish-ready video content.

This role is ideal for editors who bring professional maturity, marketing awareness, and creative initiative to every project.

What We’re Looking For
-(Preferred but not required) Experience editing for SaaS/tech brands
-Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and how to tailor content to specific audiences and marketing goals
-Proficiency with desktop editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut (bonus: After Effects or similar)
-Familiarity with platform-specific formats and best practices (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram)
-Initiative and creative thinking – you ask questions, flag issues, and suggest ideas
-Ability to self-evaluate your edits and improve based on feedback
-Collaborative mindset and comfortable working with marketing and content teams


Responsibilities
-Collaborate with the marketing team to produce videos showcasing software features and product updates.
-Edit and produce videos for company collaborations and events: pre-event teasers, post-event recaps, highlight reels.
-Create high-quality, engaging content for our current social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook).


Skills & Qualifications
-2+ years of professional experience as a video editor, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
-Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
-Skilled in:
-Keyframing for UI/feature demonstration
-Text overlays, subtitles, and motion graphics
-Audio mixing and sound sync
-Understands platform-specific export settings:
-Aspect ratios, durations, resolution standards
-Optimization for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Facebook/Instagram
-Strong storytelling abilities – understands pacing and structure for social media attention spans.
