We are a US-based junk removal company looking for a full-time, home-based customer service agent to work with our customer support and sales department.
Your daily responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
Take inbound sales calls, customer requests and/or complaints and make outbound calls.
Respond to customer questions via phone call,
Provide service quotes & follow up with the leads.
Book new jobs, reschedule and/or update service jobs in our CRM app.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

This is a full-time position. You need to have excellent English skills.
Work hours are 7 days a week 8am-8pm Pacific Standard Time (we will d
$4/hr to start, with ability to earn up to $5/hour + bonuses based on performance.
If accepted, you will be provided with training to help you accomplish your daily duties.
