Qualified Dentist - Remote Appointment Setter / Lead Triage Specialist

Are you a dentist or a Dental treatment coordinator? We are looking for dentists with phone skills to speak to and qualify patients wanting high-value treatments.

Do you know how to really listen, ask the right questions, and guide someone toward a decision that could change their life?

We’re not looking for a basic receptionist. We’re looking for a Dental Lead Triage Specialist. Someone who can dig deep, qualify effectively, and genuinely connect with warm dental leads over the phone. You’ll be the voice behind some of Australia’s most trusted implant and cosmetic dental brands. Ensuring every patient gets the right guidance from the very first call.


What You'll Actually Be Doing:
- Respond to new dental enquiries within 5 minutes of submission
- Speak to leads exclusively over the phone (via CRM dialer - GoHighLevel)
- Build instant rapport and lead warm prospects through structured triage
- Ask the right questions to determine financial eligibility (superannuation, finance, self-funding, etc)
- Accurately qualify patient needs (implants, All-on-4, veneers, etc.)
- Confidently educate patients on treatment ranges and next steps
- Book consults only if the lead meets clinical and financial criteria
- Accurately record notes: treatment needs, employment, super balance, etc.
- Work closely with other setters and the Searchbox team in a collaborative triage environment
- Maintain open communication with the clients you're representing to help refine and evolve the triaging process
- Fully understand and communicate each client’s USP (unique selling proposition) and value point
- Build value and urgency during the triage call, ensuring the patient sees the benefit of moving forward with a consultation
- Use proven scripts and frameworks, but also apply your own expertise and instincts to each call

What Makes You an Ideal Candidate:
- Have a background in dentistry (licensed dentist or dental-trained preferred)
- Are naturally persuasive without being pushy, which means you guide, not sell
- Are empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and highly curious
- Know how to ask tough questions gracefully (e.g. financial status, intent)
- Have fluent English and excellent phone presence
- Are structured, reliable, and able to take detailed notes consistently
- Want to grow in a stable, respected remote role with high expectations
