Online Arbitrage Virtual Assistant (Amazon FBA) — Long-Term Opportunity for the Right Fit

We are two Amazon sellers looking for a smart, driven, and COACHABLE Virtual Assistant who wants to grow with us long-term in a mutually respectful, high-trust working relationship.

This is not your typical “VA gig.”
We’re not here to micromanage or build a revolving door of short-term hires.

We’re here to build a team—a loyal, high-integrity, collaborative team—with people who take pride in their work, want to continuously improve, and are excited to help our business thrive.

But we’re also going to be honest up front:
We’ve made hiring mistakes before.
We’ve learned the hard way.
Now we’re doing things differently.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who:
• Has experience with US-based Amazon online arbitrage (OA)
• Knows the basics of reverse sourcing, storefront stalking, and manual sourcing
• Is a quick learner, humble, honest, and coachable
• Wants to be part of a team that actually communicates, builds trust, and grows together
• Has strong English and communication skills
• Is NOT part of a lead pool, group, or copy/paste culture

We’ve dealt with that before—and we will not work with any VA who shares or recycles leads.
If we spot patterns, seller count spikes, or see that your leads match what’s being passed around—we’ll know. And that’s a hard stop.

You are:
• Detail-oriented and resourceful
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Familiar with the OA landscape and Amazon's policies
• Consistent with communication and responsive to tasks

Keepa (REQUIRED)
IP Alert (REQUIRED)
Google Sheets (REQUIRED)
Amazon Seller Central (Preferred)

You must also have:
• A solid, reliable internet connection
• Access to a working computer
• Availability to post leads DAILY during the trial phase

More Important Than Tools: Your Mindset

We’re less interested in someone who has “tons of experience and knows it all,”
and more interested in someone with solid fundamentals who is open to real coaching and refinement.

If you’ve got a good foundation and a great attitude, we can build on that together.
But if you don’t take feedback well, or you ghost when asked to adjust—this is not the job for you.

Pay + Trial Week Details
• Pay is scalable. Start with a trial rate. Earn more based on consistency, quality, and contribution.
• You’ll begin with a 1-week paid trial alongside other top applicants.
• During the trial, all leads must be posted daily in a shared group thread.
• Final hires will be based on performance, communication, and how well you take direction.

Once hired:
• Pay will be based on weekly lead targets, NOT hours.
• We pay biweekly
• Flexible hours (work whenever you want, as long as leads are delivered)
• Time off is totally fine—just request it in advance.
