Underwriting Specialist Commercial Lending

I am looking to fill role to underwrite potential loans for a new commercial lending platform.

The professional will have a sound understanding of risk assessment and attention to detail. They will be able to manage the document and information collection on leads generated from the sales team. They will be able to hold an underwriting call and ask appropriate and detailed questions about the lending candidate. They will be able to create a multi page report outlining the loan and provide a risk assessment.

Being familiar with reading a Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement is required.
