???? We’re Hiring: Remote Virtual Assistant – Automotive Buyer Analyst

? Availability Required: Must be available to work between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time, with most Mondays and Sundays off.
Vehicle auctions must be reviewed and completed every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, so flexibility and reliability on Wednesday and Thursday is especially important.

Matlock’s Used Cars and Parts, a trusted name in the American auto recycling industry, is looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team as an Automotive Buyer Analyst. This role supports our purchasing process by analyzing salvage auction listings and helping us select the most valuable vehicles for dismantling.

???? Responsibilities:





Review and analyze salvage vehicle auction listings



Identify valuable components and estimate resale potential



Follow clear buying guidelines and flag anything uncertain



Submit accurate and timely reports for scheduled auctions (Mon/Wed/Thurs)



Maintain focus while completing repetitive tasks efficiently



Communicate questions or issues proactively with the team



? Qualifications:





Basic knowledge of car parts and vehicle systems



Strong logical thinking and analytical skills



Keen attention to detail and accuracy



Basic understanding of Excel and Google Sheets



Must be teachable and eager to learn from remote training



Willing to ask questions and communicate clearly



Able to focus on repetitive tasks with speed and consistency



Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection



Preferred: Dual monitor setup for productivity



Must be organized, dependable, and committed to deadlines
