Short/Longform Video Editor

Are you an experienced part-time video editor with a professional vision? Can you help me turn raw footage into sharp, watch-to-the-end videos for my YouTube channel?

I’m a tech journalist, podcaster, and YouTube creator. I'm hoping you can edit my short-form and long-form videos for my channels.

Your responsibilities:
+ Edit my YouTube videos (A-roll, some B-roll, and scripts provided)
+ Long-form reviews or think-piece (8-12 min) for YouTube, including some podcast content with an eye for polished visuals and engaging storytelling
+ Shorts/Reels (quick unboxings and promos) for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok with attention to virality and impact
+ Write "Techsploder Video Editor" in the subject of your email, or you will not be considered
+ Finalize the edit with attention to color, audio balance, and simple motion graphics (titles/lower thirds)

Requirements:
+ Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm
+ Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is a bonus (After Effects is nice as well)
+ Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Turnaround is typically 2-3 days for longform, 1 day for shortform, but I'm flexible
