Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Virtual Personal Assistant to support a manager with both professional and personal administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who excels in organization and communication, and who can efficiently manage scheduling,
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Appointment Management:
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics.
Document & Writing Support:
Assist in drafting, proofreading, and editing personal papers and documents.
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Professional powerpoint presentations
Draft professional
Maintain organized records.
Conduct online research and compile information for various projects.
Perform additional administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal or administrative assistant, preferably in a virtual environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office and Powerpoint)
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
