Executive Assistant w/ Social Media Management experience

(100% Remote)

**Starting Salary: $1,160 USD/month**

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM CST - Full time

I’m currently looking for a highly organized, proactive "Executive Virtual Assistant" to help support both my business and day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Executive support
- Phone handling (inbound/outbound)
- Calendar and appointment management
- Email and CRM management
- Client and business coordination
- Social media management
- Basic video editing for social media
- LinkedIn lead generation
- SOP creation and management
- Data entry

What I’m Looking For:

- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant
- 1+ year in Social Media Management
- Experience with video editing tools
- Familiar with LinkedIn lead generation
- Proficient in CRM tools
- Strong calendar/email management skills
- Experience in client support and admin tasks
- SOP creation/maintenance experience
- Phone handling experience
- Background in real estate or finance is a plus
