Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketer to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and foster an engaged community for our innovative B2C SaaS application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C social media marketing, a knack for creating compelling content, and preferably, experience or a strong passion for the sports industry.

- Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive B2C social media strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter,
- Content Creation & Curation: Create, schedule, and publish engaging, original, and high-quality B2C content (including text, images, videos, stories, and interactive formats) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Community Management: Build, grow, and actively manage our application's online community. Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive engagement.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns focused on B2C user acquisition, app installs, and other key performance indicators for the application.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and other relevant tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest B2C social media trends, platform updates, emerging technologies, and competitor activities, particularly within the consumer app and sports sectors, to ensure our application remains relevant and innovative.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with any internal or external partners (e.g., product, design, agencies) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2-3+ years) in B2C social media marketing, with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and community growth for consumer-facing products or services.
- Demonstrable success in creating and executing social media strategies that drive B2C user acquisition and engagement (experience with digital products or mobile apps is a strong plus).
- Exceptional content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy, visuals, and video content tailored for different social media platforms and B2C audiences.
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms, their respective best practices for B2C marketing, and their algorithm nuances.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, platform-specific analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for engaging with an online community.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Understanding of the B2C user acquisition funnel and how social media contributes to it.
- A genuine passion for social media and building vibrant online communities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant experience or a strong, demonstrable passion for marketing within the sports industry (e.g., promoting sports products, events, athletes, or fan engagement initiatives to B2C audiences).
- Experience marketing SaaS products or mobile applications directly to consumers.
- Experience with B2C influencer marketing, particularly in sports or related lifestyle niches.
- Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, mobile editing tools).
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to evolving priorities.
