JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven Ads Specialist to own end-to-end lead generation across every major channel. You’ll plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search & Display, TikTok, LinkedIn, plus conversational outreach via WhatsApp and targeted email sequences.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

Develop audience personas and channel mix strategies to hit client KPIs (leads, cost-per-acquisition, ROI)

Craft channel-specific media plans with budgets, timelines and creative briefs

Campaign Setup & Execution

Build and launch Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn ad campaigns (including A/B tests and dynamic creatives)

Configure WhatsApp Business API flows and email automation sequences in platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or Klaviyo

Optimization & Reporting

Continuously analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA), implement bid & budget adjustments, and refine targeting

Deliver weekly reports with actionable insights and trend analyses

Creative Collaboration

Work with designers/copywriters to produce on-brand ad assets, video hooks and email copy

Ensure landing pages and lead forms are optimized for each channel’s traffic

Integration & Scaling

Connect campaigns to CRM/analytics via tracking pixels, UTMs and API integrations

Identify opportunities for cross-channel retargeting, lookalike audiences and drip nurtures

Essential Skills & Experience
2+ years managing paid social (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and search/display campaigns (Google Ads)

Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API campaigns and email marketing automation

Proficiency in campaign analytics: Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, derive insights and present clear recommendations

Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder-management skills

Nice-to-Have
Certifications in Meta, Google Ads, TikTok or LinkedIn Ads

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo)

Basic HTML/CSS for email template customization

Familiarity with CRM integrations (Zapier, Pabbly Connect)

Background in B2B or trade-industry lead generation
