Executive Assistant to CEO

Vireo is a leading YouTube marketing agency helping world-class brands grow with video. As CEO, I (Marlon) lead our vision, and support our leadership team in marketing, sales, and ops while wearing a few too many hats. That’s where you come in.

The Role:
I’m looking for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) or highly capable Virtual Assistant (VA) who can keep me focused, organized, and operating at my highest level. This is a dynamic support role for someone who thrives on making things happen behind the scenes. Your mission: remove friction from my day and help execute on growth opportunities.
This role is estimated at 10 hours per week to start. Ideally, you’ll be available for approximately 2 hours per day within our time zone PDT(Vancouver).

Key Responsibilities:
Research and apply for speaking opportunities and marketing conferences
Manage and prioritize my inbox and calendar
Identify and flag high-leverage opportunities (networking, PR, awards, partnerships)
Prepare briefing docs and notes ahead of calls or events
Coordinate travel and accommodations when needed
Help maintain accountability around key goals and to-dos
Support with special projects and light project management
Occasionally liaise with partners or clients as a proxy


You Might Be a Fit If You:
Are proactive, detail-oriented, and insanely organized
Love taking messy ideas and turning them into clear next steps
Can research, write, and communicate professionally
Are tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Trello, and HubSpot
Have experience supporting a CEO, founder, or executive (bonus if it's in marketing)
Are curious, strategic, and know how to read between the lines
Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments


Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with YouTube, marketing trends, or the creative/agency world
Background in events, public relations, or business development
Experience booking or applying for conferences, awards, or speaking gigs
