Video Editor (DaVinci Resolve) – Cinematic YouTube & Social Media Content

I'm looking for a talented, part-time video editor (will move to full time if it's the right fit) who specializes in cinematic and YouTube-style storytelling. If you’re someone who loves transforming raw footage into emotionally engaging edits and has a great eye for pacing, sound design, and storytelling structure—this might be the perfect fit.

WHAT YOU’LL BE EDITING:
• Personal brand content (talking head with b-roll, FPV, etc.)
• YouTube videos (around 10 minutes, 1 per week)
• Short-form Videos (about 5 per week)
• Occasional UGC-style ad content
• All footage provided via Dropbox (color-graded + trimmed for you)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must use DaVinci Resolve (non-negotiable)
• Strong storytelling and pacing skills
• Fluent in English & great at following directions
• Solid internet connection (for large file transfers)
• Organized, proactive, and consistent with delivery
• Ability to create engaging videos that convert

BONUS POINTS FOR:
• Motion graphics / sound design proficiency
• Ability to repurpose long-form content into shorts
• Experience editing FPV drone footage
• Basic animation or YouTube thumbnail skills

POSITION DETAILS:
• Part-Time role @ 15 hrs/week (will move to Full-Time if right fit)
• Monthly salary: $600 USD
• Long-term opportunity with room to grow
• Start ASAP after a short trial project
