We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. Ideal for an IT graduate who has a passion for marketing and creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Write engaging, clear, and persuasive content for various marketing channels.
• Marketing Support: Assist in managing the lead generation process, nurturing leads, and guiding them through to booking. Help implement and optimize campaigns aimed at driving conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with marketing objectives and strategies.
• Public Speaking & Presentation: Host client webinars, Facebook Lives, or recorded video updates with confidence and professionalism

Requirements:
• IT graduate or technical background with an interest in marketing and content creation.
• At least 1 year of experience demonstrating the ability to work without supervision and manage tasks independently.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create persuasive copy that drives engagement and conversions.
• Ability to support and manage marketing activities from lead generation to booking.
• Public Speaking & Presentation: Confident in hosting client webinars, live sessions, or recorded video updates.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
