Appointment Setter

Appointment Setter (Part-Time: Thurs & Fri | 11AM–8PM MST)

We are hiring a part-time Appointment Setter for Thursdays and Fridays (18 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role if you overperform and prove yourself.

You’ll be responding to over 100+ leads per day, booking customers in our software, rebooking missed appointments, and handling time-sensitive customer interactions.

Job Responsibilities:
Respond to new leads immediately via messaging platforms

Book appointments inside our scheduling software with perfect accuracy

Follow up and rebook clients who missed or canceled appointments

Track updates and client interactions in real time

Compensation:
10,500 base pay/month (part-time for 2 days/week. Paid monthly in the beginning)

800 peso signing bonus

50 commission per booking

80 commission per rebooking

~100 leads daily

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English

Appointment-setting, call center, or sales experience required

Experience at Amazon, PayPal, AT&T, Telco, or BPO firms is a huge plus

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

Extremely reliable, focused, and emotionally resilient

Must be growth-driven — this is a role for someone who wants to build a long-term career, not clock in and out
