We need an experienced Video & Artwork Compliance Specialist to correct QC issues flagged by Filmhub so our show can go live ASAP. This is a freelance, fast-turnaround role ideal for someone who understands Filmhub distribution requirements and has sharp technical and design skills.
Scope of Work:
1. Artwork Revisions:
• Redesign multiple artwork assets to meet Filmhub specs:
• Ensure title name is clearly visible (proper font size, weight, contrast).
• Remove all extra text (credits, watermarks, logos, etc.) except for the required title name.
• Create episode-specific images that are textless (no titles/fonts) as needed.
• Correct aspect ratio issues (no stretching, padding/borders, or distortion).
• Deliver high-res, sharp images (no pixelation, blurriness).
• Provide Season 16:9 textless images (recommended but preferred).
2. Trailer Edits:
• Re-edit trailer to:
• Start within 2 seconds (no long pre-roll/slates/promos).
• Remove all promos (social media handles, URLs, logos like YouTube/production logos).
• Ensure trailer ends cleanly within 2 seconds (no slates or fade-outs).
• Remove any letterboxing/pillarboxing and fix minor framing issues.
• Address any visual artifacts (pixelation, compositing errors, burned-in text) for a clean final cut.
• (If possible) Edit a general audience-friendly trailer version.
3. Additional Tasks:
• Deliver Music Cue Sheets (for both Main Video + Trailer) detailing all music tracks used.
• Review metadata & confirm assets meet Filmhub Best Practices.
Must-Have Experience:
• Proven track record with Filmhub, Amazon Prime Video Direct, or similar streaming platforms.
• Advanced skills in:
• Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
• Graphic design & image editing (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Deep understanding of aspect ratios, artwork specs, and QC standards.
• Ability to work fast, independently, and deliver broadcast-ready materials.
Nice-to-Have:
• Experience preparing cue sheets & clearance documentation.
• Familiarity with episodic content requirements.
Deliverables:
Finalized artwork and trailers ready for re-upload to Filmhub, plus any required cue sheets and metadata corrections.
