Virtual Assistant Wanted (with Growth Potential to Shopify Shop Manager) – Start with 5 Hours per Week!

Hi there!
We are an entrepreneurial family based in the Netherlands, running both an online business (with multiple webshops) and a local business together. As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and eager-to-learn Virtual Assistant who can support us with daily administrative tasks and has (or wants to gain) experience in e-commerce — especially with Shopify.

What will you do?
In the beginning, your tasks will mainly include:

Daily administrative support

Basic tasks in Shopify

Project management using tools like Trello or Google Sheets

Occasional small tasks in WordPress (via Elementor)

Creating ad creatives (using templates or AI tools)

As time goes on (if all goes well):

Full product management and optimization in Shopify

Order handling and communication with suppliers and customers via email

Contributing ideas for process improvements and customer experience

Helping manage our growing team

Supporting with content planning, product launches, and data analysis

???? Shopify knowledge is a must, experience with WordPress/Elementor is a big plus!

Working Hours & Flexibility
Start with approx. 5 hours per week, flexible scheduling (around 1 hour per day)

Your schedule adapts to the tasks needed that day

Opportunity to grow into more hours and take on a Shop Manager role in the near future

What we’re looking for
Independent, detail-oriented, and a good communicator

Familiar with e-commerce (Shopify experience is required)

Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Gmail, Trello, and various AI tools for creatives

Proactive, reliable, and eager to grow

Fluent in spoken and written English

Bonus points if you have experience with WordPress and Elementor
