???? Hiring High-Level Video Editor for Direct Response Ads (Script-Based) ????

We’re looking for a top-tier video editor who can take a scripted ad concept and bring it to life visually with cinematic precision, emotion, and pacing that sells.

We need someone who can:
• Match visuals to every line of the script with intention and clarity
• Use sound design, background music, and pacing to drive emotion and attention
• Add titles, effects, and cuts that feel clean, polished, and professional
• Understand how to build ads that convert, not just look good

???? What You’ll Be Editing:
• Scripted voiceover-driven ads (30–60 seconds)
• Visual storytelling through B-roll, product shots, stock, effects, and transitions
• High-converting ad creative for Meta and TikTok (but not influencer/UGC style)

? Requirements:
• Strong eye for visual rhythm and script pacing
• Ability to source B-roll, music, and SFX that match tone and messaging
• Clean, premium editing style (think Apple/Raycon/modern DTC brands)
• Experience with performance creatives is a plus, but storytelling skill comes first
• Quick turnaround + consistent communication
