Executive Marketing Assistant

My name is Selina and I am the founder of the STAND Foundation, a community-based organization dedicated to wellness, youth empowerment, and equine-assisted learning. We are currently expanding our programs and looking for a reliable and skilled Virtual Assistant to support key initiatives this summer and beyond.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional who can assist with:

Summer Camp Promotion & Registration:
Help promote and manage registration for our Great Outdoor Adventure Summer Camp, including creating digital flyers, updating forms, tracking signups, and communicating with families.

Horses for Mental Health Campaign:
Assist with the creation and promotion of a campaign that highlights the benefits of equine-assisted wellness, including storytelling, social media content, and visual materials.

Event Marketing:
Support the promotion of upcoming events such as the **Black Equestrian Bash** and other community wellness programs through email blasts, digital outreach, and press releases.

Newsletter Creation and Email Marketing:
Design and send monthly newsletters and announcements using tools like Mailchimp, Wix, or similar platforms. Keep our community informed, engaged, and inspired.

This position is remote, flexible, and ideal for someone passionate about wellness, community, and meaningful impact. Experience with Canva, Google Forms, Wix, Mailchimp, or other digital tools is preferred.
