About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative with a strong background in customer service and telemarketing to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact between our clients (law firms) and candidates, ensuring seamless coordination of interviews, relationship-building, and successful placements. Your communication skills and ability to align the goals of both candidates and firms will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client firms.
Engage with clients and candidates through calls and emails to maintain strong relationships.
Understand the hiring needs of client firms and the career goals of candidates to ensure the best matches.
Follow up with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Facilitate the placement process and ensure alignment of expectations and goals.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress for all accounts.
Identify opportunities for improved service and relationship growth.

Qualifications

College graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Prior experience in customer service and telemarketing or sales.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Relationship-building mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Legal industry experience is preferred, and there is room for growth for such an individual. You do not need a legal degree, but some experience will help, but it is not necessary.

Very clear communication in English, both written and verbal, is a key factor in our hiring decision. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to take direction and instructions and run with them.
