What You’ll Do:
???? Handle pre-qualified leads
???? Conduct Zoom or phone sales calls with potential clients
???? Build rapport, identify needs, and confidently present our solution
???? Follow up with prospects and manage a healthy pipeline
???? Track activities and outcomes in our CRM
???? Provide insight to the team based on call feedback
What We’re Looking For:
? Proven experience in closing sales, especially high-ticket or service-based offers
? Strong communication and persuasion skills (fluent English required)
? Confidence in handling objections and asking for the sale
? Results-driven and self-motivated
? Reliable internet and a quiet work-from-home setup
? Familiarity with Zoom, CRMs (like GoHighLevel or HubSpot), and Google Workspace
Bonus Points For:
? Experience in insurance, coaching programs, or financial services
? Understanding of consultative/solution-based selling
? Previous remote sales experience
