Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Framing Estimator to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to construction projects in the international market.

Responsibilities:
Use bluebeam to perform takeoffs

Transfer takeoffs to an excel spreadsheet

notate the square footage of the building floorspace, siding, sheathings, etc

Look for product specs and materials called out on the plans

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in framing estimation (residential/commercial)

Strong understanding of construction materials and framing techniques

Proficiency in estimation software (Excel and Bluebeam)

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Compensation & Benefits:
600 month (based on experience)

Full-time remote position with flexible working hours
