About Us: We are a company based in the United Arab Emirates, with many international Clientele. You will be working remotely with our head office in the UAE and our Clients around the world, depending on which division we hire you for.

Job Description:

1) Work from home-remote work.
2) Full time work-you cannot hold another job during our working hours. This is a professional position which requires dedication and there is room for advancement and growth. You will be in communication during working hours with our team and our partners.
3) Payment is $500 USD per month for a first-year worker, depending on your experience.
4) A suitable work environment and a reliable internet connection, as you will be working from your computer and phone.
5) Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and document organization.
6) Coordinate hiring, onboarding and team development for our client.
7) Manage job postings, data entry, digital filling, and maintain accurate records.
8) Support with invoice processing, expense tracking, reconciliations, and maintaining ledgers.
9) Provide team support and promote engagement by regularly checking in with staff, managing minor grievances, and supporting employee well-being.
10) Manage and document internal conflict resolution between tea ---------- mbers, support workers, and clients.
11) You will be given a 1-year, renewable contract, and we hope to work with you for many years to come. We are looking for someone who is ready to contribute from day one and values long-term stability.
12) Setting up and creating HR systems to efficiently operate the department.

Skills Needed:
1) Proven experience in HR or people management, ideally in a remote or outsourcing setting.
2) Experience with remote team tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Slack), Skype, Zoom, and more.
3) Fluent English language skills, written and spoken. Your writing must be excellent.
4) Strong understanding of employee mediation and conflict resolution.
5) Educational background. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
6) Organizational skills. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize various administrative tasks.
7) Communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed for effective collaboration with tea ---------- mber and clients.
8) Problem-solving. A proactive approach to handling issues and providing solutions.
9) Adaptability. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while multitasking.
10) Certifications. Certifications in virtual assistant qualifications, project management, or digital marketing are a plus.
