About the Role
We are seeking a talented Freelance Video Editor to craft a polished and professional 2-minute explainer video for our Growth Signal project. This is a paid test project, with potential for future freelance work if the collaboration is successful.

You will be working with unscripted footage of our CEO delivering a product explanation. Your role will involve selecting the best takes, shaping them into a compelling and coherent narrative, and adding professional visual touches to elevate the final product.

Key Responsibilities
Review raw studio footage and an existing draft edit (for reference).
Select and stitch together the best takes to form a cohesive narrative.
Edit the video for clarity, pacing, and visual appeal.
Add minimal, modern graphics or text overlays where appropriate.
Enhance audio quality and ensure clean, professional final output.
Deliver the final edited video (approx. 2 minutes) within budget and timeline expectations.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience editing corporate, brand, or explainer videos.
Ability to build a strong narrative from unscripted content.
Excellent sense of timing, storytelling, and tone.
Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Skilled in basic motion graphics and clean, modern visual styling.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bonus: Experience working with global teams or startup/tech clients.

Project Details
Deliverables: One ~2-minute professional explainer video.
Reference Material: Raw video footage and a previous internal draft.
Timeline: Flexible, but ideally completed within 1–2 weeks.
