Graphic Designer (Real Estate Marketing)

Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday to Friday, 1 hour lunch break
Team: Paramount Home Group Marketing
About the Role:
We’re hiring a fast, organized, and creative Graphic Designer who can handle a high volume of daily requests from real estate agents. This isn’t a slow-paced role. You’ll be updating templates, turning around fresh designs fast, and keeping our brand on point across every asset.
What You’ll Do:
• Tackle daily design requests from agents: flyers, social posts, email graphics, listing presentations, open house signage, and more
• Update and maintain our template library using Canva (Pro account provided)
• Adapt content to market trends, new listings, and team achievements
• Communicate directly with the team on Slack and meet deadlines without reminders
• Join recurring marketing and ad tea ---------- etings to stay aligned on priorities
• Support the marketing team with occasional special projects and campaign rollouts
What You Need:
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Expert in Canva Pro
• Bonus if you know Photoshop and Illustrator
• Comfortable working at a fast pace with tight deadlines
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
