About the Role
We're a growing dropshipping e-commerce company currently selling in Germany and Austria. We’re launching 3–5 funnels per week and need high-quality video and image ads that convert. We’re looking for a creative and experienced video editor/image ad creator who understands direct response marketing and is comfortable using AI tools to produce fast, compelling results.

In the future, we’ll expand into English-speaking markets and other European countries (like the Netherlands), so experience working on international creatives is a big plus.

Your Tasks
- Create scroll-stopping video and image ads for our e-commerce products
- Use content from competitor research platforms like Minea or content we provide
- Add German voiceovers using AI tools like ElevenLabs
- Add German subtitles using ---------- or similar
- Create UGC-style content using tools like Creatify.ai
- Deliver 25–50 creatives per week, plus weekly updates for winning products
- Collaborate with our small team of 3 and eventually take over the creative process fully in-house

Requirements
- Experience editing dropshipping/e-commerce ads that perform
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and what makes an ad convert
- Confident using AI-Tools to translate Ad Copy into German or any other language (text/audio)
- Comfortable using AI tools like ElevenLabs, ---------- , Creatify.ai
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
- Bonus: Familiar with trends in European markets

Tools We Use
- ElevenLabs for German text-to-speech voiceovers
- ---------- (or similar) for subtitles
- Creatify.ai for UGC creation
- Any editing software you’re comfortable with (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut Pro)
