We are a fast-growing men's jewelry brand seeking a highly dependable and experienced Dispute Manager to protect our business from chargebacks and streamline our back-end processes. While your core focus will be on winning disputes via PayPal and Shopify, this role goes far beyond that. We're looking for someone who’s ready to lead a team, take ownership, and optimize the systems that keep our operation running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Available full-time
- Deep understanding of PayPal and Shopify dispute systems
- Experience leading or managing a team in a remote setting
- Familiar with Gorgias or similar customer support platforms
- Excellent English communication skills (written especially)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly proactive
- Able to work independently and take full ownership of results
Your Responsibilities
- Manage all disputes across PayPal and Shopify
- Collect and submit the strongest evidence per case (e.g., product photos, tracking info, support conversations)
- Build and maintain a dispute tracking system
- Analyze win/loss rates and improve strategies weekly
- Lead and coordinate with the customer service team to prevent future disputes
- Set up smart workflows in Gorgias (e.g., auto-routing dispute tickets)
- Gradually take over broader back-end responsibilities (e.g., SOP development, team management, QA)
