We run a fast-growing U.S.-based spa & beauty lead generation agency. Every day, women over 40 reach out, curious about treatments that help them look and feel younger. Your job? Help them say yes to themselves.

???? What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound & outbound calls, SMS, and DMs (leads already interested)


Use tonality, timing, and empathy to guide hesitant leads toward booking


Follow and improve our proven scripts — not robotic, but high-converting


Manage lead flow inside a CRM (we’ll train you, but attention to detail is key)


Stay organized with follow-ups, no-shows, and calendar updates


Help increase show-up rates and build long-term trust with potential clients



? What We’re Looking For:
You know how to influence without pressure — make people feel good saying yes


Clear, confident, warm English speaking skills


You play with tonality like a pro — you can build excitement or calm nerves naturally


Highly organized — you keep track of messages, notes, and schedules


Familiar with CRM tools (like GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar)


Experience in appointment setting, sales, or high-ticket customer service

???? Hours (Manila Time):
3:00 AM – 11:00 AM PHT or 5:00 am - 12:00 am PHT
40 hours/week (full-time)
Might be possibly part-time for the right person.
Must be consistent, focused, and available during U.S. business hours.
