Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Teachable Product Designer & Etsy Listing Assistant

We’re Hiring a Teachable & Creative Virtual Assistant!

Are you a creative individual with design experience and basic knowledge of E-commerce storeor Etsy? We’re looking for a teachable Virtual Assistant who is eager to learn and grow, with skills in digital product design and listing products on Etsy and shopify.

You don’t need to know everything — we’ll train the right person with a great attitude and a willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Design digital products (such as transparent PNG graphics, clipart, and printables)
    •    Create engaging mockups and listing images using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
    •    Upload products and manage listings on the Etsy Seller Platform
    •    Write or improve product titles, tags, and descriptions with Etsy SEO best practices
    •    Stay organized with file management and product catalogs
    •    Assist with research on trends, keywords, and competitors

What We’re Looking For:
    •    Experience in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Procreate)
    •    Basic experience listing products on Etsy
    •    A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
    •    Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and strategies
    •    Strong communication skills in English
    •    Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
    •    Reliable internet and computer

Bonus (Not Required):
    •    Familiarity with Etsy SEO tools like eRank or Marmalead
    •    Experience with digital product creation (printables, clipart, wall art, etc.)
    •    Understanding of commercial use rights and digital file packaging
