Courses and Funnels is a fast-growing agency that builds and launches high-converting course businesses for coaches, experts, and entrepreneurs. From strategy and copy to tech and design, we create complete digital education ecosystems that help our clients grow and scale. We're looking for a Course Builder who can bring structure, creativity, and client collaboration to every project.

About the Role:
We’re seeking someone who understands that great courses are never one-size-fits-all. You’ll be responsible for crafting course outlines, writing course content, and working closely with our video editor to ensure the final product is polished, professional, and aligned with the client’s goals. You’ll also collaborate with our COO to systemize the entire course building process to improve delivery speed and team efficiency.

This is a client-facing role, so we're looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You should feel confident leading conversations, asking clarifying questions, and guiding clients through the course creation process with professionalism and clarity. Since we’re a fast-paced agency with tight deadlines and multiple active projects, it's important that you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm and focused under pressure.

- Schedule: PH Timezone (Monday to Friday)
- Weekends Off

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to gather course information and understand their vision.
Create structured, engaging course outlines based on client input.
Write and develop course content that aligns with the approved structure.
Design and brand value-packed course bonuses that elevate the student experience.
Upload and organize course content on client's preferred course platform.
Collaborate with our course video editor to integrate course video content.
Work closely with the COO to systemize the course building process for faster, more efficient delivery.
Own the course creation process end-to-end and ensure quality and timely handoff.

Requirements:

Must have experience building and uploading courses inside GoHighLevel (GHL).
Must have a creative eye and the ability to design attractive, branded bonuses.
Must have prior experience in a similar course creation role.
Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple platforms.
Experience with MightyNetworks, Kajabi, Thinkific, or Teachable is a STRONG PLUS.
