Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Media Company
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Company Base: Oahu, Hawaii
Starting Pay: $800/month (Full-Time)

About Us:
Dakine Media is a premiere production company based on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. We specialize in producing high-quality audio and video podcasts, YouTube shows, and social media content. With over 300 episodes produced and more than 20 million views, we are known across Hawaii for our excellence in media production. We’re now looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us manage content distribution, client communication, and production support.

What You’ll Do:
- Podcast Distribution: Upload and manage podcast episodes on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube
- Social Media Posting: Post short-form podcast clips on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Client Communication: Email deliverables to clients for review and follow up on feedback
- Production Coordination: Collect and relay client feedback and relevant info to our creative and editing team
- Analytics & Reporting: Compile and deliver regular performance reports for social media and podcast platforms
- Project Management Support: Assist in tracking tasks and timelines across multiple podcast productions
- Copywriting: Write episode descriptions, social media captions, and titles for videos and clips

Who You Are:
- A strong communicator who keeps the team informed and asks questions when needed
- Self-driven and takes initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable using tools like Google Drive, Slack, Airtable, Box (or similar project management platforms)
- Familiar with uploading content to major platforms and basic file management
- Bonus if you have experience in media, podcasting, or video content creation
