About Us
Hi! I'm Pablo, the founder of Relax! We Clean, a growing Airbnb cleaning agency based in QLD, Australia. Over the years, I’ve developed a custom Operating System that connects Google Calendar with Google Sheets through Google Apps Script, allowing my virtual team to manage scheduling, payments, and operations.

We’re now ready to take this system to the next level, and I’m looking for a proactive and communicative fullstack developer to help us evolve our tools into something more robust, user-friendly, and scalable.

About the Role
This is a project-based engagement with opportunities for an ongoing role. You’ll be working directly with me — someone with no technical background — so it’s essential that you can explain things in plain English and work with a high level of independence.

We’ll define the scope and budget of each project/stage before development starts. I’m open to your recommendations on payment structures and timelines.

Current Tech Stack
Google Calendar (core interface for cleaners)

Google Sheets (daily operations hub)

Google Apps Script (custom scripts for data syncing and automation)

iCal feeds from Airbnb (external)

Immediate Project Goal
Our scheduler currently has to manually copy events from Airbnb calendars into Google Calendar. I’d like you to:

Automate the integration of iCal bookings into Google Calendar.

Keep Google Calendar as the primary interface for cleaners.

Create a two-way sync (if possible) between Google Sheets and Google Calendar.

Begin working toward a user-friendly interface that reduces dependence on spreadsheets for day-to-day tasks.

Who We're Looking For
Fullstack developer with experience in Google Apps Script (a must)

Able to work independently and manage timelines

Comfortable communicating with non-technical stakeholders

Can provide a portfolio or examples of past work

Willing to advise on project-based pricing and milestones
