HR Generalist

Job Summary: The HR Talent Acquisition will support the in the end-to-end talent acquisition process of Agenture and KM Ace Towing Services Manila.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To support the HR Officer in the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
2. To monitor the Leaves Filing of the employees.
3. To manage HR related administrative tasks.

Job Qualifications:
1. Education: Graduate in BS/BA Psychology, Human Capital Development, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or any related field.
2. Has 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or field. Open to fresh graduate.
3. Has strong analytical, problem-solving skills and can work in a fast-paced working environment.
