Marketing Operations Manager wanted! READ FULL POST

Hey Marketing Legends!

I'm looking for an experience marketing operations manager to join my team. It's a personal branded business and my focus is around YouTube, Affiliate Marketing, Selling Digital Products, Social Media, SEO, Funnels, etc.

As a Marketing operations manager, you'll be responsible for setting up and managing operations, as well as training existing tea ---------- mbers to use the new operations.

Breakdown of work:
- Monitoring existing day to day operations, simplifying and systematising for work efficiency
- Setting up SOP's for easy replication with other tea ---------- mbers
- Adjusting and setting up Task Management systems
- General Virtual Administrative tasks
- Help setting up a Skool community and help with community support

Criteria to be met BEFORE Applying:
- Must be Advanced English
- Must be happy to check in with me via messaging, voice messages, video (occasionally)
- Must be able to work normal work during the day (8-5)
- MUST be confident with problem solving (not having to be told what to do all the time)

Bonus Points (but not necessary):
- Some experience with GoHighLevel, YouTube, WordPress, Skool, Systeme io, NiftyPM
