Social Media Manager

We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency passionate about helping clients build strong online presences through strategy-led, creative content. We're looking for a highly motivated Social Media Manager to take the reins of our clients' social accounts — driving growth, engagement, and visibility through powerful storytelling and trend-savvy content.

Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for managing the full scope of social media for multiple client accounts. This includes strategy development, content creation (static, carousel, and Reels), scheduling, and performance insights. You’ll bring direction, creativity, and initiative to every post and campaign — ensuring each account is optimised and growing with purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for each client

Create engaging, on-brand content across major platforms

-tiktok

Manage all formats: static posts, carousel graphics, Reels, and short-form video content

Stay on top of the latest trends, algorithms, and platform updates to guide best practice

Write compelling, error-free captions with a strong command of English

Schedule and publish content using appropriate social media tools

Provide strategic input and take initiative in growing client accounts

Communicate regularly with internal team and clients as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or clients

Strong creative instinct and eye for design (basic Canva or design tool skills a plus)

Confident copywriter with impeccable grammar and tone matching skills

Solid understanding of social platform analytics and growth strategies

Self-starter with initiative — we want someone who leads, not waits to be told

Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple accounts at once

Bonus: Experience working with digital marketing teams or agencies
