A leading online education company (sports psychology and golf) is hiring driven, high-energy Appointment Setters to engage our audience via text and DM.

Your mission? Turn casual interest into action—by booking discovery calls or driving app downloads.

This role includes an opportunity to for bonuses and senior leadership / management.

???? What You’ll Do:

Proactively message warm leads (we have 100,000 of them!) via text, DM, or chat to start authentic convos.

Qualify interest and guide prospects to book a call or download the ImagineGolf app.

Follow scripts—but also know when to go off-script to close.

Track conversations, follow-ups, and conversions with discipline.

Hit daily/weekly KPIs. This is a performance game, not a punch-the-clock gig.
