The Setter Dialer position is an entry level role where you will be calling homeowners from various regions across the US to set appointments to look into solar and battery storage projects. The goal is to speak with interested homeowners, make sure they qualify to benefit from a project, and set a convenient time for them to have a consultation.
We value the experience of our clients and are not pushy. We operate with integrity and do not over promise expectations around what solar and battery projects will do for the home. If you are looking for a position where taking pride in your work is not a priority, this will not be a good fit.

Requirements:

Must be a fluent English speaker

Minimum 25 hours per week, ideally 40

2 professional references

Preferred:

Customer service, retail, hospitality or sales experience preferred

Familiar with using an auto-dialer or cold calling

Previous experience using a CRM like GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc

Attention to detail which will be recorded in notes for every interaction

Compensation is negotiable based on experience, paid weekly, hourly plus commission. No caps on commission, you will get out what you put in.
