JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone responsible to join MyMagicHealer as our Customer Care & Community Support Rep. You’ll be the one responding to our customers with clarity and care through email and social media.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer emails with patience and care (Zendesk)
- Reply to DMs and comments on Meta
- Recommend the right product based on skin concerns
- Help with order questions, shipping, refunds, and replacements
- Keep things organized and communicate updates clearly
- Share common feedback or patterns you notice

Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer care (email and/or social media)
- Strong written English and a warm communication style
- Passion for skin care and health
- Reliable, responsive, and aligned with our values

Schedule:
3.5 hrs/day, 7 days/week — 12 PM to 3 AM (Philippine Standard Time)
25 hrs/week, with space to grow
