JOB OVERVIEW
We’re hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to support our HR department. This role involves assisting with payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and general administrative duties. Full training will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Fix employee hours and prepare payroll discrepancy reports
- Post job ads and manage candidates via ATS
- Assist with onboarding
- Add new hires to HR systems
- Maintain accurate employee folders and records
- Answer HR-related calls
- Track HR metrics and create monthly newsletter
- Draft HR training videos using Video Software as needed
- Support employment verification and cover when the HR Generalist is out

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong English communication (verbal & written)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive
- Familiarity with Expresstime, Payfluence, JazzHR, Indeed (a plus)
- Self-starter with good time management
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with consistency
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service attitude

WORK HOURS:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
8 hours/day (EST business hours)
