We’re looking for a designer who gets excited about making things look great and work great. If you’re comfortable jumping into projects as they come up, love working in Figma, and know how to design for real results (not just pretty pictures), we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Actually Do:
-Design website layouts and clickable prototypes in Figma. They need to look sharp and work smoothly on any device.
-Make graphics for social media,
-Work with us to brainstorm ideas and turn rough concepts into polished designs.
-Use ClickUp to keep track of tasks and chat with the team.
-Always keep conversions in mind - think about where buttons go, what grabs attention, and what gets users to take action.
-Apply user experience (UX) best practices to every project, ensuring designs are intuitive, accessible, and user-centered.
What We’re Looking For:
-At least 2 years of real-world experience designing in Figma.
-Solid understanding of UX principles, like user flows, information architecture, usability, and accessibility. You know how to
design interfaces that are not just visually appealing, but also easy and enjoyable to use.
-You know your way around typography, color, layout, and all the basics.
-You’ve made designs that actually get people to click, sign up, or buy - show us!
-To make sure you have read the job post, add "I’m a creative & conversion-focused designer" in the subject line of your application
-You consistently meet deadlines and can manage your time across multiple projects.
-You’re available for meeting calls via Google Meet anytime between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Time). All meetings will be scheduled ahead of time.

How This Works:
-This is not a full-time job, work is project-based and depends on our current needs.
-There’s potential for this to grow into a full-time role if our client base expands and the workload increases.
-Work from wherever you want, on your own schedule, as long as deadlines are met and you’re available for scheduled meetings during the specified hours.
