Part-Time Junior Product Manager

Diadem Capital is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting product development initiatives, collaborating across teams to turn ideas into impactful features. From refining product requirements to coordinating with design and engineering, you’ll gain hands-on experience in every stage of the product lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment, loves solving problems, and is eager to grow into a leadership role in product over time.

Required Skills:
1–2 years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully managing and launching products (past internships will be considered)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and first principles thinking to drive decision-making
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.)

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA)

Working knowledge of Figma

Passion for technology, fintech, and continuous learning

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to Haves:

Experience shipping features for a fintech platform, financial services product, or a two-sided marketplace

Prior experience working in a startup or early-stage company environment

Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, or financial infrastructure tools

Exposure to user research, A/B testing, or analytics-driven decision-making

Background in finance, economics, or a related field is a plus
