Creative VA for Fitness Brand (Canva + Kajabi)

I’m looking for a creative, detail-oriented VA to help format, polish, and publish content across my fitness business. The main thing I am looking for right now is someone to turn written documents into clean PDFs/visuals in Canva. Bonus if you have experience with Kajabi and can help me with website layout/design, scheduling newsletters, and building funnels. I create all the content myself — I just need someone to make it look great.


Responsibilities (most to least important):
-Format long-form docs (Google Docs/Word) into branded PDFs using Canva (lead magnets, programs, etc.)

-Build simple, clean Kajabi pages (opt-ins, thank-you pages, landing pages, product pages)

-Format and post newsletters and blog content (text provided)

-Create graphics or visuals for Instagram/Twitter (text provided)


Skills You Need:
-Canva expert – You’re fast, clean, and know how to make things look professional. Lead magnet design is the most urgent priority.

-Kajabi experience – You’ve built pages, formatted emails or products, and can troubleshoot simple tech/layout issues.

-Strong eye for layout, spacing, and visual flow

-Great communicator who can take direction, work independently, and stay organized

-Bonus: Familiar with fitness or coaching brands.
