Your Role: The Ultimate Quality Gatekeeper

You’re not just "QC." You're the final creative voice on every video we publish.

You'll dissect video edits, provide razor-sharp feedback, and guide editors to create content that captures attention, sustains engagement, and elevates our brand.

What You'll Do:

Conduct in-depth strategic QC reviews of YouTube video edits (10-45 mins)

Give clear, actionable feedback on storytelling, pacing, hooks, visual appeal, and retention

Identify and eliminate weak intros, slow segments, or retention pitfalls

Collaborate closely with video editors to rapidly iterate toward top-tier results
