I am looking for someone is passionate about providing amazing customer service!
The position requires working US hours and providing customer service via phone, livechat and email for customers on my site. We sell Swords, knives and accessories, so interest or knowledge in that space is a plus.
We work with Shiphero, woocommerce, and bigcommerce, use Slack, reamaze, facebook, ringcentral, and livechat for communication.
Most of our inquiries are about order status, but you would also need to be able to quickly research and respond to queries about sword properties, steel quality, etc. This is something that can be learned on the job.
Must be able to speak and write English fluently and be able to think on your feet.
