Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Remote, 3–4 hrs/day)

I'm looking for a reliable assistant to help with the heavy lifting of my daily workflow. You’ll be helping me execute tasks like formatting scripts, sourcing images, and organizing assets — not creating the content yourself. I’ll write everything; you just help bring it to life.

What You'll Be Doing (I'm willing to train you if you’re willing to learn):
Take my written scripts and run them through ChatGPT to generate supporting images or storyboards

Help prep content for platforms like ElevenLabs (audio), Google Drive (storage), and TikTok/Instagram (visuals)

Find 3–5 relevant celebrity or pop culture images daily

Pull text and visuals from slideshows I’ve created

Organize assets into folders (Google Drive) for easy access/editing

Occasionally help create image-based video content (no editing needed, just prep)

Ideal Candidate:
Familiar with ChatGPT, 11 Labs, Google Drive, and basic online tools

Detail-oriented and organized

Quick with image sourcing and formatting

Communicates clearly and meets deadlines

Has 3–4 hours a day consistently available (part-time, remote)

Pay & Perks:
