About the Role
As a Community Member Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our members receive exceptional onboarding, ongoing support, and seamless engagement in our business coaching community. You will:
Manage Membership Events & Engagement – Support event organization and ensure high participation.
Strengthen Strategic Partnerships – Build and maintain a valuable referral network.
Support Member Onboarding in CRM – Help members integrate into Go High Level and keep customer tracking organized.
Facilitate Peer-to-Peer Weekly Groups – Match members to enhance connection and support.
Plan & Execute Monthly Membership Days – Coordinate networking sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
Encourage Guest Registration & Community Growth – Engage members and external outreach for new participation.
Manage Sponsorships – Secure funding opportunities for events if needed.
Oversee SOP & Documentation – Optimize standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and clarity.
Lead ActionBUSINESS Networking Programs – Strengthen and manage business connections.
Ensure Accuracy in Website & Branding – Work with the marketing team to keep events and branding aligned.
Create Engagement in Business Growth
Develop a Strong Member Support System – Maintain smooth communication and assistance.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Strong systems and clerical background – Detail-driven, highly organized, and process-oriented.
CRM expertise & willingness to grow – Proficiency in Go High Level and a mindset for learning new tools.
Canva design skills – Ability to create visually appealing content is a plus!
Business background in education – Previous experience in business coaching, education, or professional development is an asset.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and proactive – A natural people-person who enjoys supporting others.
Tech-savvy & adaptable – Comfortable working in digital tools and online environments.
