Virtual Assistant (VA) for E-commerce/Dropshipping – Full-Time Growth Opportunity
Budget: $3 - $4 per hour

Location: Remote (Fluent in English required)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, full-time Virtual Assistant (VA) to take over customer support, order tracking, ad creatives, Facebook Ads management, and general store operations for our fast-growing dropshipping business.
This is not just another VA job – we are looking for someone who wants to grow into a key role in our company. If you prove yourself, you will have the opportunity to become our Store Manager as we scale.

Responsibilities

Customer Support & Order Management
Manage customer inquiries via email, Facebook, and Instagram
Handle refunds, complaints, and chargebacks professionally
Use Shopify to check, update, and manage order details
Provide customers with order tracking updates using Yanwen, 17Track, and other tracking tools
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provided in Notion
Communicate internally via Slack
After two weeks, follow up with suppliers/agents on delayed orders

Facebook Ads & Creative Management
Create high-quality ad creatives using Canva
Edit and optimize videos for Facebook Ads
Plan, schedule, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns following our strategy
Monitor ad performance and suggest improvements
General Store Operations & Growth
Help improve and streamline customer support & ad management processes
Manage inventory, supplier communication, and fulfillment
Take full ownership of store operations with the goal of becoming Store Manager

Requirements
Experience with Shopify & Google Workspace
Background in e-commerce/dropshipping customer support
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager (or willingness to learn)
Experience with Canva & CapCut (or similar tools)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Able to work independently and communicate clearly

Preferred but Not Required
Experience with Slack & Notion
Familiarity with tracking platforms like Yanwen & 17Track
Prior experience in store management or scaling e-commerce operations
