Sales Development Representative WEEKLY PAYOUT

**About The Role**

As an SDR at Engage, you’ll play a critical role in cold calling potential clients, introducing them to our platform, and live-transferring hot opportunities to our Account Executives (AEs). Your success will be measured by how many of your generated opportunities convert into closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

* Make a minimum of 500 outbound calls per day via a power dialer
* Live transfer at least 2 qualified leads per day to our Account Executive team
* Consistently generate high-quality opportunities that convert into closed deals
* Work alongside AEs to maximize conversions and exceed sales targets
* Build rapport and maintain strong communication with potential clients
* Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions in our CRM

Qualifications

* Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
* 3-5+ years of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales roles)
* Proven track record of exceeding quotas (consistent top 10% performer)
* Experience in cold calling & outbound sales
* Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build relationships with clients
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Startup experience is a plus!

### **Compensation & Earning Potential**

???? **\$6/hour USD base pay**
???? **Performance-based commission:** Earn \$50 - \$1,000+ per month
**Typical earnings range:** \$200 - \$750/month with good to great performance
