Graphic Designer

Mirror Media Marketing is looking for a freelance graphic designer skilled in Photoshop and Canva to create YouTube thumbnails, Instagram graphics, and TikTok carousel posts. This is a part-time role, and you’ll be paid either per project or for set monthly hours, depending on what works best for both of us.

Responsibilities:
- Designing thumbnails for YouTube and other video platforms
- Creating Instagram graphics (promos, quotes, announcements, etc.)
- Designing carousel posts for TikTok and other social media platforms
- Collaborating with our team to bring creative ideas to life
- Refining and optimizing assets from previous campaigns when needed

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- A portfolio showcasing thumbnails, IG graphics, and social media posts
- Attention to detail and consistency in design
- Ability to take creative direction and execute it effectively

Hours & Pay:
- Part-time, flexible hours
- Paid per project or on a monthly retainer, based on preference
- Fully remote, asynchronous work
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the role evolves!
